Returns

Due to the nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.

However, a return or replacement request may be considered in the following cases:

• Product received in damaged condition
• Wrong product delivered
• Product package received in tampered condition
• Product missing from the order

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after verification of the issue reported.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
